This is what I will call “lazy” fried rice. I actually stopped at HyVee and picked up some plain fried rice knowing that I had raw shrimp at home that I could cook and combine with the rice to make a meal when Josh was away for dinner. Well, Josh ended up being at home and we both enjoyed this meal for dinner last night and lunch today. Yum!
To cook the shrimp, all I did was saute it in a non stick skillet sprayed with Pam. In the middle of the cooking process, I added low sodium soy sauce and fish sauce. It was great!
