Crock Pot BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

This is a great meal for a busy night and makes lots of leftovers for many quick meals afterwards.  I will definitely have to do BBQ beef the same way sometime, as I definitely prefer brisket to chicken any day.  Yummy!

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce 1 red onion, diced

Preparation

Put all in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high 4-6.
