I was apprehensive about how I would feel about this dish before I tasted it, but wanted to be sure that I tried it since it was one of the new Mexican in Minutes recipes and was supposed to be pretty easy. It was definitely easy and I didn’t really notice the green peppers in it at all. Good stuff!
